Bart is just a humble frog just trying to live his best lily pad life... unless he's Batman. If you catch him crouching in dark corners with his mask on, it is best to leave him be.

Something to Note: Beans in feet and bum. Comes with removeable Toothless mask. The mask does have an opening at the top that is not visible when it is on--unsure what it went to originally.
