How to Pack Your Stuffie for the Snuggle Spa

We can't wait to meet your special friend! To help them arrive safely and keep shipping costs as low as possible, here are our packing tips:

2. Choose your packing

You can ship your stuffie in either a box or a poly mailer, whichever feels more secure for you. If possible, squeeze or fold your stuffie to keep the package at 12 inches or less to keep shipping costs lower.

3. Include your info in the package

To help use make sure every guest is matched with the right family, please tuck a note inside the package with:

• your name

• return address

• email or phone number where you'd like updates

• your stuffie's name

1. Protect your stuffie

Place your stuffie inside a plastic bag (like a grocery bag, garbage bag, etc.) to protect them from moisture during their journey. You can gently wrap them in newspaper or tissue paper for extra cushioning if you'd like.

4. Shipping Tips

From our experience, USPS tends to have the best rates. Below are two shipping options. Choose what feels right for your timeline and budget.

• Ground Advantage: The most budget-friendly option. Delivery takes 4-7 days but is reliable and includes tracking

• Priority Mail: Faster delivery, around 1-3 days. It also includes tracking and insurance, but costs a bit more.

5. Mailing Time

Our address is a PO Box, so you will need to use the USPS to ship to this address. If you would prefer UPS or FedEx, reach out to me for a physical address, though this will not be an option during winter months.

6. Send Us Your Tracking

Once your stuffie is on their way, please send us the tracking number so we can keep an eye out for their arrival and get ready to welcome them to the Spa!
